نَهْج («من الفكرة إلى الاكتشاف») منصة تعليمية من تأليف وتطوير حسان عبدالله سالم الينبعاوي، تساعد الطالب والمعلم والباحث والفريق البحثي على فحص الفكرة في الأبحاث المنشورة وتحويلها إلى مشروع بحثي أو ابتكاري بمراحل موثّقة. «فاهم» هو المساعد الذكي في المنصة، و«أثَر» هو دفتر توثيق المشروع. مقدّم الخدمة والبائع: المنشأة صاحبة السجل التجاري (يُضاف اسمها بعد التسجيل)، سجل تجاري رقم يُضاف بعد التسجيل، العنوان الوطني: يُضاف بعد التسجيل. وتظهر بيانات المنشأة (الاسم والسجل التجاري والرقم الضريبي إن وُجد والعنوان) أسفل كل صفحة في الموقع.
باستخدامك نَهْج فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية.
المستخدم الذي عمره أقل من 18 سنة: ولي أمره مسؤول عنه وعن استخدامه لنَهْج، ومنه الاشتراكات المدفوعة. وقبول هذه الشروط عند التسجيل لمن هو دون 18 سنة يُعدّ موافقة من ولي أمره على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية وعلى معالجة بياناته كما فيها، ولا يحتاج إلى موافقة منفصلة. ولولي الأمر في أي وقت أن يطلب الاطلاع على بيانات ابنه أو ابنته أو تعديلها أو حذفها، أو إيقاف أي ميزة، أو إلغاء الاشتراك، بمراسلتنا.

عرض الترحيب: أول 30 يومًا من «نَهْج برو» بسعر الترحيب المعلن في صفحة الباقات وقت الدفع (حاليًا 39 ريالًا)، مرة واحدة لكل حساب، إذا دُفعت خلال أول 90 يومًا من إنشاء الحساب. بعدها يتجدد بسعره المعلن. لا يشمل الاشتراك السنوي. يمكن إيقاف العرض في أي وقت للحسابات الجديدة.
الشهر 30 يومًا والسنة 365 يومًا. مساعدة المراحل داخل المشروع لا تُحسب من رسائل «فاهم». الحدود المعلنة في صفحة الباقات وقت الاشتراك هي المعتمدة. الانتقال يكون للباقة الأعلى فقط ما دامت باقتك سارية.
المميزون: أول 1,000 حساب موثّق يحصلون على رقم دائم وشارة ذهبية، و«نَهْج برو» هدية للمدة المعلنة، وثيم ذهبي، وختم «مميّز» على الشهادات، والمشاركة في تصويت شهري. ضعف البحث العميق ودقائق صوت «فاهم» والرد على الدعم خلال 24 ساعة تكون بعد إتمام المشروع الأول ومع اشتراك مدفوع ساري. خصم المميزين على «برو» (50% لأول 3 أشهر بعد الهدية) يُفعَّل فقط بعد الحصول على الترخيص اللازم، ويُعلن في صفحة الباقات. صفحة «سماء المميزين» العامة تعرض العدد فقط، ولا تعرض أسماء ولا بيانات.
تصميم نَهْج وشيفرته ومحرّكه واسمه وشعاره و«فاهم» و«أثَر» ومحتواه ونماذجه ملك حسان عبدالله سالم الينبعاوي، ومحمية بأنظمة الملكية الفكرية في المملكة العربية السعودية، وحقوق مؤلف نَهْج مسجّلة لدى الهيئة السعودية للملكية الفكرية (مصنّف برمجي)، رقم التسجيل 26-12-116868566 (مصنفات برمجيات وتطبيقات الحاسب الآلي). لا يجوز نسخ المنصة أو أجزاء منها أو إعادة نشرها أو بيعها أو تفكيك شيفرتها أو بناء خدمة منافسة بها أو استخدام اسمها وشعارها دون إذن مكتوب.
تحمل شهادة نَهْج اسمك الأول والأخير كما في حسابك، ورمز QR يفتح صفحة تحقق تعرض الاسم وعنوان المشروع والمسار وتاريخ الإصدار. تستطيع إخفاء اسمك من صفحة التحقق متى شئت من «حسابي». الشهادة تثبت إتمام المراحل داخل نَهْج، وليست شهادة أكاديمية رسمية.
في باقة المدارس يستطيع المعلم إنشاء كود فصل. عند انضمامك بموافقتك، يرى المعلم عناوين مشاريعك وتقدّم مراحلها فقط، وتستطيع الخروج من الفصل في أي وقت.
يحق لنا إيقاف أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط.
تستطيع حذف حسابك ومشاريعك وشهاداتك نهائيًا من «حسابي» في أي وقت. والحساب الذي لا يُستخدم سنتين يُحذف تلقائيًا.
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، وننشر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلاها، ونُبلغك بالتغييرات الجوهرية قبل سريانها.
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، ويُرجع في أي نزاع إلى الجهات المختصة فيها.

NAHJ (“From ideas to discovery”) is an educational platform authored and developed by Hassan Abdullah Salem Alyenbawi. Service provider and seller: the commercial-registration entity (name added after registration), CR no. added after registration, national address: added after registration. The business details (name, commercial registration, VAT number if any, address) are shown at the bottom of every page.
By using NAHJ you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Users under 18: their parent or guardian is responsible for them and for their use of NAHJ, including paid plans. Accepting these Terms at sign-up for a user under 18 counts as the guardian’s consent to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the processing described there; no separate consent is needed. A guardian may at any time ask to see, correct or delete their child’s data, switch any feature off, or cancel a plan by emailing us.
An account needs a title of your choice, first and last name, mobile number, email and password. We verify your phone by a code on WhatsApp or SMS, and your email before we send outputs to it. One free trial per phone number; creating several accounts for extra trials breaks these Terms. We alert you when your account signs in from a new device.

Welcome offer: the first 30 days of NAHJ Pro at the welcome price shown on the plans page when you pay (currently SAR 39), once per account, if paid within the first 90 days after the account is created. It then renews at its listed price. Yearly plans are not included. The offer may be stopped at any time for new accounts.
A month is 30 days and a year 365. Stage help inside a project never counts against Fahim messages. The limits shown on the plans page when you subscribe are the ones that apply. While a plan is active you can only move up to a higher plan.
Founders: the first 1,000 verified accounts get a permanent number and a gold badge, NAHJ Pro as a gift for the announced period, a gold theme, a founder seal on certificates, and a monthly vote. Double deep searches and Fahim voice minutes and 24-hour support replies apply after the first project is completed, while on an active paid plan. The founders’ Pro discount (50% for the first 3 months after the gift) is switched on only after the required licence is obtained, and is announced on the plans page. The public founders’ sky page shows the count only, never names or details.
Your idea, files, results and outputs belong to you. We process them only to provide the service, never sell or share them, and never use them to train AI models.
NAHJ’s design, code, engine, name, logo, Fahim, Athar, content and samples belong to Hassan Abdullah Salem Alyenbawi and are protected by Saudi intellectual-property laws. Copying, republishing, selling, reverse-engineering, building a competing service, or using the name or logo requires written permission.
Reading your idea, searching, comparing, judging and the judges’ questions are done by the NAHJ engine with fixed rules, without generative AI. Fahim is a conversational assistant that uses an AI model, after you agree, to understand you, explain and coach; it is not a ghost-writer. Scientific information, studies, figures and your idea’s verdict come only from the NAHJ engine and its sources, which Fahim cites by id; what the engine did not find, Fahim does not make up. Your project log records which replies used AI, so you can disclose it when asked (e.g. ISEF Form 2A). General explanations from AI can be wrong, so check them; verdicts come from published rules, and no decision with legal effect is made by automated processing alone. You can report any wrong answer and a person reviews it. Follow the rules of the body you submit to and disclose your use of NAHJ when asked.
Your certificate carries your first and last name as in your account and a QR code that opens a check page showing the name, project title, track and issue date. You can hide your name there at any time. It is not an official academic credential.
On a school plan, a teacher can create a class code. When you join with your consent, the teacher sees your project titles and stage progress only; you can leave at any time.
Search relies on external databases and may miss work. The service is provided “as is” and may pause for maintenance.
Abuse or hacking of the service, unlawful content, cheating, plagiarism, or gaming the free trial. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.
Delete your account, projects and certificates for good from “My account” at any time. Accounts unused for two years are deleted automatically.
We may update these Terms, show the date above, and tell you about material changes before they apply.
